Namaskaaram. I need the Detailed Specifications to RAMS and M.2 SSD. I want to replace the existing 4GB Ram with 8+8 GB(as its expandable to 16GB). Also Want to Install M.2 SSD(Customer care told that this provision is there for this model). I need Detailed specifications to Buy these things. Can you please suggest.

This is the brand M.2 SSD I recommend.   Your notebook's M.2 slot supports SATA drives only, not NVMe.
