Hello,

My name is Harinder Rai, and I represent VitalBridge. We are currently an authorized reseller on the Government e-Marketplace (GEMS) portal and are looking to obtain an authorization code from HP to sell their desktop computers and laptops through GEMS. Despite having confirmed government orders, we are unable to proceed with selling HP products due to the lack of this authorization code. Could you please advise on the specific steps or requirements we need to fulfill to obtain the authorization code from HP? Your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
