I want to do a battery replacement. I have contacted nearest HP service center and gave them my laptop model for ordering. However, they responded like they want to open the laptop and see the battery model. But for this purpose, visiting the center twice is not possible for me (One for ordering and again for replacement once the battery is available).

Can someone help me on this and confirm all the details pertaining to battery for ordering a new one?

Notebook model is HP Pavilion X360 (14ba004ne). 3 cell 41Wh Li-ion Battery.

From manual, your machine uses (3-cell, 41-Wh, 3.6-Ah, Li-ion) battery part # 916811-855

Thanks for the reply. There is another no. for the HP battery - HP BK03XL. Is it same for the battery part # 916811-855?

I guess, this is what the service people are looking to match with.
