Product: HP Pavilion g series
Please help me. I have HP Pavilion g series laptop. In this laptop there is no any key of keyboard is working when I hit the key. Further I have checked by an external keyboard (which is new & Quantum QHMPL KEYBOARD). In this external keyboard there is also no working any key of keyboard when I hit the key. While the mouse of laptop and external mouse is working.

Hello @RAVIKANTr,
Do you have to sign in or can you get to the desktop?
If your sign in screen is what opens...
Click on the Ease of Access icon in the bottom right corner.
Turn off Filter Keys.
If your PC goes straight to the desktop and your mouse is working...
Click the Start button and scroll to Windows System > Control Panel and open it.
Click on Ease of Access.
Click on Change how your keyboard works.
Make sure Turn on Filter Keys is unchecked.
Click OK.
