HP ENVY Notebook - m7-n109dx (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Sir,

I have an HP HP ENVY m7 Notebook 17inch, the serial number is:  [Personal Information Removed], the Product number is :M1W11UA#ABA, and the Model Number: M7-n109dx.

i have been searching everywhere for the notebook cover + ked keyboard and the only ones I found is the following title "HP Envy 17-N 17T-N 17T-R M7-N Laptop Palmrest & US Keyboard 813678-001" and the link to the product is

1- https://www.walmart.com/ip/HP-Envy-17-N-17T-N-17T-R-M7-N-Laptop-Palmrest-US-Keyboard-813678-001/3159...

2- https://www.newegg.com/p/1B4-001S-00A67

judging by the picture it looks like copy paste from my top cover + keyboard except that mine doesn't have a (Fingerprint cut), so my question, if I bought the keyboard from one of the provided links, will it fit and work properly? or it's not compatible with my notebook, I read that this notebook has some parts that have been discontinued from hp. Still, if u have the part I am more than willing to buy it now, in case you don't have the part, please advice would be greatly appreciated, and looking forward to hearing from you.

NOTE: I have included a picture of my top cover+keyboad the one that is installed in my notebook now, and a front and back picker of an old replacement i ordered from HP.

Best Regards,

AK

Yes.

That keyboard is listed as compatible in the support documentation.

The only difference between that keyboard and the original one is that you won't connect the fingerprint sensor to anything.

That keyboard will work as long as you install it correctly and do not damage the ZIF connectors or the corresponding headers on the system board.

I can't see why overseas shipping would be a problem unless you are in a country that HP does not do business with.

I can ask a Moderator if he or she could help put you in contact with an HP team who can help or you can contact HP Egypt directly via the hyperlink below this line.
