Touch mousepad plus wireless mouse glitch

Just an experiment, my old laptop never had a problem with drag and drop from  laptop mouse or wireless mouse. Was able to successfully able to clone my new (SSD) one with this problem to my old one (SSD) Has to be a driver problem considering my old one worked just fine. Any ideas? I've updated all drivers possible on the new one.Thanks When I say glitch, I mean to drag something, but doesn't drop without clicking again.

I see you are experiencing Touchpad and wireless mouse issues.

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date. 
• Try doing Reset PC Keep my files and check if it works.
