Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My keyboard and touch-pad have stopped working in Win 11. During the initial trouble shooting I ran into a bitlocker issue and was forced to delete the Win partition and reinstall. After the fresh install of 23H2 (since 24H2 has had so many issues) the keyboard and touch-pad still don't work. The synaptics touch-pad driver is up to date, but there is no keyboard driver on the HP site, so it's using the generic HID driver from 2006. I know it is a driver issue since they both work in UEFI and pass component tests. I'm at my wits end trying to solve this. Are there other places to find drivers? Any expert guidance to resolve this would be appreciated.
