HP 650
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I disabled my keyboard using the device manager option after it started malfunctioning. Upon restarting the keyboard reinstalled itself. I proceeded to the gpedit.msc tool and enabled the prevention of installation of devices not described by other policy settings. After restarting my laptop, both the keyboard the touchpad stopped working hence I cannot sign in to my user accounts. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
