Touchpad buttons

Product Name: HP elitebook 8440p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

The touchpad buttons ( at least I think that is what they are called: the buttons below the pad ) are driving me crazy.

I've turned off the pad, but how do I turn off the buttons ?

Regards

Peter.

p.s   the spacebar has a corresponding set.

@peterstein

Go to Settings.

Then Devices.

Then click on TouchPad.

Then click on Additional Settings.

There you should see TouchStyk and TouchPad.

In the Button Action section you should be able to disable them.

Re: Touchpad buttons

Hello REO

Am I supposed to disable both Syk and Pad ? Are you sure ? Will the mouse still work ?

Re: Touchpad buttons

@peterstein

Pad is for the pad Styk is for the button between the G, H and B keys.

It's up to you if you want to disable both.
