Good morning, my touchpad on my Chromebook is malfunctioning, it does not work and when I tap it, my Bluetooth mouse also blocks with the left button, it concerns an HP Chromebook x360 - 14-da0300no

I would reinstall chrome OS to fix that.

 

First you need a Google Chrome Installation USB.

 

 

 

"Hold down the Esc + Refresh keys and tap the power button. Your Chromebook will start up in recovery mode. Select the "Reinstall ChromeOS using local media" option and then press the Enter key. Your Chromebook will reinstall ChromeOS from the USB drive"

 

BTW, What does "

my Bluetooth mouse also blocks with the left button

mean?
