I have a HP ENVY x360 convertible, the touchpad no longer works. The system does not show a touchpad in the list, nor do the drivers off the HP website do anything.
I have turned the computer off and did the F2 thing, and the options listed on this site are not listed on my computer.
I do not have a "system information", or a "component" option.
Please help.
I am running Win11. Drivers, BIOS, and OS are all up to date.

Hi @SynRedefined,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
Let's try these steps.
Turn the touchpad off and then on
On some touchpads, you can turn the touchpad on or off by double tapping in the upper-left corner of the touchpad.
Double-tap to turn the touchpad off.
Repeat to turn the touchpad on.
Click here for the remaining steps.
If the above steps do not work, I recommend you contact phone support for more options.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
