My product is an HP Pavilion x360 14 Convertible PC 14-dy0000 (23S36AV) with Windows 11; I've found my touchpad doesn't work at all, even though I followed all the advice proposed by the HP virtual assistant.
Most importantly, in the "Bluetooth and other devices" of "setting", there are no options for touchpad at all.

Did this issue begin after an update by Windows 11 or an HP driver update?
I will have to assume that you are currently using a USB wired or wireless mouse in order to use your laptop.
Invoke the Device Manager. Hold down the Windows key and tap the X key once and release both keys. In the menu that appears, select Device Manager.
About halfway down the list look for Mice and other Pointing Devices. Click on the little arrow right to the left of it to open the selection up.
Is there an Elan Precision Touchpad Filter Driver device present there?
If it is not present, there is a problem with the Touchpad.
Try installing the Elan Precision Touchpad Filter Driver from your laptop's software & Drivers section. I provided a link to it below this line.

Hi, sir. My laptop installed Windows 11 version 23H2 automatically on 28, Feb (today).
And I am currently using a USB wireless mouse in order to use my laptop.
There was no Elan Precision Touchpad Filter Driver device.
And I downloaded and installed the driver you mentioned (file name: SP141386). After the instalment procedure finished, the dialogue box of the procedure just disappeared, and nothing else happened. But, STILL, no Elan Precision Touchpad Filter Driver device is present in the section "Mice and other Pointing Devices".
I am just wondering if it is because the Elan Precision Touchpad Filter Driver device you provided is not compatible with the Wins11 version 22H2?

It appears that there is likely to be a physical problem with the touchpad or its connection to the laptop's system board.
