Hi guys,

 My touchpad is not working and I couldn't find the touchpad setting on Settings. I tried to reset my computer. The touchpad did work shortly and the touchpad setting did apear, but then suddenly my touchpad stooped working and I couldnt find the touchpad setting anymore. 

 

I though because it was conflict drivers but even I install win 10 or win 11, or even I reset my HP, the touchpad is not working. 

 

Please help me.

Hello..few days back i had the same problem..the touchpad became intermittent and sometimes worked sometimes didn't..i tried everything which can be done in windows..it didn't fix it so i opened my laptop and disconnected and reconnected all the touchpad wires..i would ask you to do the same as it may fix it..
