Hello @Sheikhian-mr .
- Simultaneously press Windows key + X and select Device Manager, or type Device Manager in the Windows search engine.
- In Device Manager, click on the unknown device and open its Properties.
- Open the "Details" tab and in the "Property" menu look for "Hardware ID".
- The first value copy and paste it here.

Hello my friend

I don’t have any unknown device in the device manager. I am seeing my touchpad in the device manager and it’s driver was installed correctly.
Look what I am seeing in my device manager ( synaptics PS/2 port touchpad ) .
there is  no conflicts and it’s hardware ID is ( ACPI\VEN_SYN&DEV_0185 ).

when I turn the laptop on it shows me mouse not detected  and press F1 to continue or F 10 to setup .
I don’t find anything in the setup .
Please help me to solve this problem .
thanks a lot

 @Sheikhian-mr .

If there is no unknown device, you will need to perform a hardware scan so that you can verify if the component is damaged:
