BRAND NEW HP ENVY x360, was first used 5 days ago.
The left-hand side of the touchpad keeps getting stuck and not responding correctly. I have noticed the left side is also pushed further in than the right side, at least a couple of mm as it's possible to feel the groove from the edges of the touchpad. Because of this you can also see and feel that there is a gradient from one side of the touchpad to the other.(on a slant) Also, the click of the left side sounds ever so slightly muffled, i.e not as sharp sound as the right side.
I have already looked through HP support and followed the diagnostic hardware tests, which said everything was fine.
This laptop is only five days old and already the touchpad is having problems!
I got this laptop for uni and need it to be fully functional.
HP uk doesn't have any sort of online chat with a real person and I'm not able to make phone calls. What can I do please?
