My system is running on Windows 11 23h2, installed 2023-02-20, for some weeks now my touchpad does not work properly actually not at all know, but the drivers available on the hp website are only for Windows 11 22h2. I do not see 23h2.

It would have helped if you had identified your laptop with its HP product name and product number

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
If you can't log into Windows, look on the bottom of your notebook for that information.
If you have a desktop look at the rear of your PC
