Welcome to HP support community.
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update ., and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
Let me know how it goes.

I did the BIos update as you said but the same thing. I t work for some period and doesn't respond for some time . I didnt understand is it the software issue or the hardware issue. I did the hard power reset, driver update, Bios update and finally full WINDOWS RESET also after I noticed this issue but still it can't solved.
(Once A dialogue box opens when I tried restart the
windows that something like synTPEnh. exe is referencing memory location, .This dialogue box comes two three times. It might help you to solve the issue. Please help me.

Boot into BIOS and check if the touchpad works fine.
Keep the PC under observation while using the touchpad in BIOS for a few minutes or hour.
If the issue persists, it must be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

As for the touchpad not appearing on BIOS, that only happens if you have the older bios, the new UEFI Bios has the pointer in, to check the same, since you have an old BIOS, I suggest to disable the touchpad and check if the external mouse works fine.
Run System File Checker
- Click the Start button.
- Type "command" in the search box... DO NOT hit ENTER yet!
- While holding CTRL-Shift on your keyboard, hit ENTER.
- You will be prompted with a permission dialog box.
- Click Yes.
- A black box will open with a blinking cursor.
- Type "sfc /scannow" and hit ENTER.
- System File Checker will begin scanning for SynTPEnh.exe and other system file problems (be patient - the system scan may take a while).
- Follow the on-screen commands.
Let me know if that helps.
