Hi i just bought hp 250 g10 with no os but touchpad never worked. I tryied installing both win 10 and 11 but nothing happened i have tryied downloading drivers or booting from uefi but also nothing happened. I tryied everything even editing the registry. Is there any solution or its a hardware problem?

Did you install this Synaptics touchpad driver?
Please use your full product ID and see if cloud recovery is possible

If so then laptop will be restore to factory conditions.
Can you download and run ShowKeyPlus from the Microsoft store? Does it show Home or Pro for the key?
What errors, if any, are shown in the Device Manager?
It is possible that some other device is causing the touchpad to fail.
