Product: HP Pavilion x360 m1-u001dx (ENERGY STAR)

A couple, or maybe more, months ago, I noticed that the area next to the touch pad was starting to popping up, but now it seems coming out. Even that area, the left side of the touch pad seems bended. What it can be? I called the HP support and they say is not a battery issue.

It sounds like hardware related issue with the unit. I would request you to contact our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out.

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP support number or Chat option listed
