Touchpad started peeling off

Hey community,
             I have a HP-AU624TX  ( around 4 years old ), I am noticing that touchpad/trackpad started to peel off. And my laptop is under extended warranty. Kindly Help me to fix it. Do these things come under warranty ? If yes,

             If the only solution is to replace the touchpad/trackpad, and if my laptop is under warranty, can you replace touchpad/trackpad for free ?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
