I am having exactly same problem on my HP envy m6 aq003dx and i tried that firmware it gave me this in a cmd window:

Help help help !!!! please for God sake provide us the coreect touchscreen firmware for envy m6 aq003dx my pc's touch is dead for 4 months and i have been constanlty requesting here and hp just forces me to change whole touch panel is it worth to do it? 600 kbs creepy firmware costs me 150-200$ ? it is not a way hp should provide firmware to fix it rather than replacing whole panel.

it is not a way hp should provide firmware to fix it rather than replacing whole panel.
First, this is a "user-to-user" forum, not an official method to contact HP.
Second, you are not the original author of this thread. You should have opened your own question, and supplied all the necessary details.
Third, this thread has been "open" for several months, and there have been several responses to the author.
Which of those responses have you tried? What error-messages did you get when you tried each suggestion?

Thirdly i tried all firmwares from spectre driver pages and got this error:

Therw is no hid complaint touch screen in device manager it was replaced by I2C device after the flashing UHD firmware for 15 inch spectre which breaked my touch.
