Hello,

The touchscreen of my laptop isnt working anymore since about the first of juli 2025. Maybe a Windows update issue?

In device manager the appropiate device name is missing, but I do have a warning sign at an regular I2C-HID device and it hasnt started.

Other things that occured aroumd the same time was than bonjour wasnt considered safe and another thing was that I woudnty start the laptop anymore unless I disconnected the battery. Since a recalibrate it seems to work again. But I think these incidents are not relevant.

HP diagnostics doent show me a way to diagnose the touchscreen. Is there any other way I can diagnose gthe health of my touchscreen or force HP diagnsotics to show me the option to diagnose the touchscreen?

Are there any drivers I can try?
