Elitebook 840 G2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't seem to get the TouchStyk and either of the TouchStyk buttons to work on my laptop.  The other two buttons that correspond to the touchpad seem to be working.

The Synaptics driver appears to be the latest one: 19.0.19.70

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling.  When it was uninstalled, it seemed to work -  but I lost the touch gestures for the mousepad (but that also told me it wasn't a hardware problem).   I reinstalled the driver above and TouchStyk is dead again.

Any ideas?

I found the solution in another thread but now I can't find it (so I cannot take credit for finding the solution).  I downgraded to the previous version (19.0.19.68) and it's now working fine.
