Firstly I couldn't register a device because I run Linux and I have no way to find the Product Number so forgive me for saying that I don't own the product, I do own the laptop .
This is my system information
Manufacturer: HP
Product Name: HP Laptop 15-da0xxx
Version: Type1ProductConfigId
Wake-up Type: Power Switch
Family: 103C_5335KV HP Notebook
Suddenly without any warning my touch pad stopped working, the touch pad that I had been using for almost 2 years now that worked with both Linux and Windows 10 suddenly stopped functioning and even stopped showing up when I search for input devices. I have no idea what to do. Please help
I couldn't contact HP since I Dont know my Product Number and hence couldn't register my device
