Okay, so I recently got a new battery, and after I installed it, I put the laptop back together, and now I'm noticing the trackpad keeps getting jammed whenever I put the bottom piece back on. I can click it just fine when I have the part off the laptop but as soon as I screw the bottom piece back on, it jams again. There is nothing physically there to block the trackpad, and it even happens when the battery is not present. this is one of those trackpads that doesn't have any physical buttons on it

Let me know what I can do

Thanks

Your link doesn't work. I did find a way to get to the contact page, but when I click your link it says not found.

this is an older laptop, do you know if they are still going to provide options for me?
