Hello community, I wanted to ask if my device would be eligible for a trade-in of some sort. I love my device, and it's been okay so far, but I need something that's going to carry me in college.

Hi @MAESTRO733
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It's great to hear that you are considering upgrading your device for college. HP offers trade-in programs where eligible devices can be exchanged for credit towards new purchases.
To determine whether your HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC (model 14-ek0000, 54B24AV) is eligible for a trade-in, you can visit the HP Trade-In Program page. The eligibility will depend on the condition and specifications of your device.
I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
