Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V6AV)

The trade-in website wasn't loading in so I have to use this. I was wondering if I could trade-in my laptop for a newer model and how much I'd get in credit for it.

FYI, I'm hearing impaired so I cannot call over the phone.
