Hello,
Laptop Envy Dv6 7295ex
Lately I've been having multiple problems with the stock 1TB HDD, so I decided to switch over to an SSD.
I'm keen on transferring the Partitions that contain HP's recovery files to the new SSD before completely wiping the old HDD and turning it into an external drive.
Any tools or softwares to do so??

It would help if you provided the complete product name or product number instead of the partial one as you have done.
Take a look on the bottom of the notebook to find that information and post it here in your next reply.

If you still have the HP recovery USB flash drive you can use it to install a fresh OS, including the recovery partition to the new SSD hard disk and upgrade to Windows 10 after that. The recovery partition will always default to the original Windows 8.1 OS that your notebook was delivered with.
If your notebook is still bootable to the OS you can use cloning software to clone the current hard disk, structure and data, including the recovery disk to the new SSD.
I recommend using Paragon software, although there are many others that will do the job.
