My screen came out in the corner and I think that it is a factory defect and I want HP to fix it because I have seen many similar cases. What can I do? I bought this computer in november 2018. I bought it in the US and now I'am living in Mexico and they don´t want to give the service here, they send me to the US. The equipment does not have any external blow or abuse that could cause this damage

Sorry, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty, service or equipment replacement issues.

The general HP policy is to have you contact your regional support center for assistance -- but since you have done that and they have refused, there is nothing we can do here about that.  It is their call, not ours.

If you want to contact HP Customer Support in the US, that is up to you -- but once again, it is their call, not ours.
