Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Auf dem Rechner läuft Standard Office, keine Verbraucher über USB angeschlossen. Dennoch läuft der Lüfter ständig und gut hörbar. Die Temperaturen CPU bis zu 80°C, überwiegend bei knapp 60°C, Festplatte 32°C, GPU 58°C, Core´s laufen zwischen ca. 800 Mhz und 4400 Mhz. Und das wie bereits beschrieben ohne große Rechenleistung. Das Gerät ist neu, die Lüftungsschlitze sind nicht verklebt, oder verstopft. Gibt es hier die Möglichkeit die Rechenleistung in einer Form so zu drosseln, dass die Temperaturen nicht mehr so hoch werden? Andernfalls denke ich wird es wohl das Beste sein das Gerät wieder zurück zu geben.
