i have installed a replacement battery for my HP 14-dk1003dx laptop correctly but the orange light would not show up or even blink. I need help. Can anyone show me how to deal with this situation cause I am very frustrated.

Hi,
Before you replaced the battery did the orange light come on? Or did you replace the battery because the orange light no longer came on and you could not charge the battery?
Did you try a different ac adapter?
It could also be a problem with the power connector (part number L23188-001 )
page 45 of service manual

On page 35 you can see how the battery is replaced. If the ac adapter and power connector are good and u installed the battery correctly, it could be the actual battery.
