There is a label on the bottom of the charger which shows not only the voltage, but also the amperage and wattage.
You could always use a multimeter if you know how to use one.
I suspect that is a no or you would not have asked the question.
I can tell you it definitely is not 32v. HP laptop power adapters are normally around 19V.

When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.
