Hello everyone,

I'm having a lot of difficulties with my HP ENVY x360 14-fa0xxx. For one, why does this model of laptop seemingly not exist anywhere? HP isn't letting me register it on the website because it apparently doesn't exist. I have to post that I don't own the product because HP says it doesn't exist, yet, on MyHP, it has my laptop registered with a product/serial number that according to the HP website, doesn't exist.  Was I sold some weird model of HP ENVY x360? Secondly, why does no stylus pen seem to be compatible with my laptop? The manual of my laptop boasts the usage of a stylus pen (it even has the magnetic bar that can hold it) and yet no pen seems to be compatible with it? What's the point in advertising being able to use an HP or other stylus with this model of laptop if you can't even use any stylus with it? I'm not gonna buy a pen hoping to use it only for it to not be compatible and then waste my money trying to return it. Could anybody give me answers and help me find a stylus? Much appreciated.
