how do i insert a sim in my laptop. i see a sim card slot on the left of my laptop where the pen magnetically attaches but the sim card tray won't come out. can someone help

Actually, I was hoping that @banhlen would answer.   Maybe in a day or two.


Anyway, I suspect you are missing the sim trey or the laptop did not come with that feature.

 

Try putting your serial number here and see what is listed

If the cellular device is optional it may not be in your system.  You might want to contact the seller.

how can i tell if the cellular is optional the website looks very complicated when i do it
