I need help locating and purchasing a replacement battery for my HP Omen. Its product number is W2N51UA#ABA. I have gone to the parts store and I do not see a replacement battery option. I would really like to get a new battery, as my current one has been telling me there is an internal issue with it for quite a while now. Is there any way to actually speak with a human representative from HP about this?

Its specs
It uses 6-cell, 62 Wh Li-ion part # 849911-850 which is N/A from HP stock right now

Please use part # and search online. Newegg has it for $29. It is an old style battery, very easy to replace.
Regards.

Thank you for providing the part number for the battery, I was not even aware of the existence of the hp partsurfer site that you linked. I looked at the newegg battery you mentioned, and it has the wrong capacity advertised (49Wh instead of the the 62Wh from the original battery). Is there a specific vendor or link that would be supported or endorsed by HP?

You can search yourself. HP won't allow us to post links for other vendors.I can only make suggestion such as Amazon, Newegg ....
Regards.
