Have HP laptop I bought in September. Has AMD Ryzen 5 7430U processor. Have had issues right out of the box, it would restart itself, showing some code but too fast to copy it.

Now I want to reset it back to OEM settings. But will cancel reset at about 10% into reset. Tried complete and save my files reset including re installing windows11 repair and resetting via windows download and current windows. I deleted all my apps that I loaded, cleared storage/cookies.

Is there another way to reset? Or something I am missing? TIA

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reset the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
