HP:n rekisteröinti ei toimi, kun läppäriäni ei löydy HP:n listasta:

Bitmaster.huolto ei osaa korjata verkkokytkin - ongelmaa, vaan sai tilatessaan väärän verkkokytkinkortin. Ymmärrän yskän, sillä läppäriäni ei löydy HP:n tuotelistasta. Ei kai silloin löydy varaosiakaan?

Mikä on HP suomi puhelinnumero? Netissä olevat eivät toimi?

Mikä on HP:n sähköpostiosoite? Netistä ei löydy.

Chapter 3 has the list of parts and part numbers.

The serial number you posted is missing some characters, so I could not find your notebook in the HP parts list database.

The serial number should be 10 characters long.

Tarkoittaako tämä, että tuote on tullut Verkkokauppa.com:iin norjasta tai alankomaista?

Perimmäinen ongelma = verkkokytkimen piirilevyn vaihto on edelleen auki, kun HP suomi ei kykene muka sellaista toimittamaan?

If you enter the serial number in the partsurfer webiste I posted, there is not much listed.

The ENVY x360 Convert 15-cn0003no would be sold in Demmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

Since I don't work for, or represent HP, I don't know where you will be able to get the part you need,

I have never heard of a network switch board.

There is a wireless network adapter part, and the ethernet (wired) adapter is an integral part of the motherboard, and fixing the ethernet adapter would require replacing the entire motherboard.

serial [Personal Information Removed]

Symptoms:

The power on/off button is not working

A finnish HP maintenance and repair company www.bitmaster.fi ordered a replacement power on /off board from finnish HP, but unfortunately the received  board does not fit. The finnish HP has not got other versions. The reserve part code is L53869-001.

However, american HP seems to provide on/off switch boards, that look out as fitting ones. One example is L26846-001 available from UK:

How come something like this is not available from finnish HP?

What should I do?

P.S. I am not able to registrate my laptop using the serial number [Personal Information Removed] (from laptop bios)
