Turn ON Issue..

Hello Sir..

  I am suffering with the issue of " Turning On" my laptop.  I am using my laptop for multimedia software and designing and some times and play 3d games on it also.. 

  But last couple of months.. after doing my all work i shut down my laptop but after few seconds when i turn on laptop then nothing happens.. After many hours or some time next day it Turns On.. !! i have cleaned its fan and dust but no solution.

Please help me to resolve my issue.. Thanks

First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

 Sir, My Computer is not Turning ON.. !! I did every thing that you have told to me.. thats why i am replying after a long time.. 

I am guessing that my GPU or Heatsink hardware are damaged, thats why it is turning on after many hours...!!! What is your opinion next.. ??

The hardware test was to highlight any problems.

You say you ran the tests and I assume everything passed test.

If so, then it is a software issue.   However...

" thats why it is turning on after many hours."

AND when it does what screens appear?

It starts up every time in Normal mode when it turns on, and does not appear any special msg for me to do for repair it..

But when i disconnect  battery, Rams, Clock Cell and hard disk too in case of Turn On as quick as possible then it shows me "CMOS" setting on start up and everything become default. !!!

I ran hardware diagnostic window test, it was OK.

but other app " UEFI " is not being installed on my hard disk.. it is asking me for USB to install .. so do i need to run this app too to check my laptop. and how ??

and you told me there is a software issue.. Then please tell me which  "Software" is best for me.. ?? Thanks.

Research CMOS/RTC battery.

This battery, small coin cell costing about a pound/dollar, holds the memory of the time and date also what device to boot and the amount of RAM etc etc.

This could have failed.

I tired due to done every method to solve my Issue.. But finally i brought my laptop to mechanic and he told me that its need to do " Re-balling " the AMD graphics.. So i let him to do this for only $20 .. And now my laptop is OK. 

I was So upset.. The problem is Switchable graphics Cards.. !!! Why the Engineers doing this stupid thing to install two graphics cards?? what is the benefit for switchable graphics.. ??!!! NOTHING.. !!  it is only cost and cost to spend every 6 months to " Re-balling " or service / cleaning etc..   !!

They need to install only one perfect graphics card.. Thats it.. !!
