Product: Pavilion 15-cc5xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When the laptop is sleeping, the white LED that indicates power (on the right side, tiny LED by the little power icon) blinks. This drains the battery. Is there a way to make the light stop blinking?

It only sleeps but actually still ON. If you wish to turn the light off, you have to turn off your machine, not sleep.

Right, I know that means it's on/off. I was hoping that the indicator LED was an option I could set, like I can tell the computer what I want it to do when the lid closes. I like the fast turn on time of sleep versus off, but I don't like how it drains the battery. I had hoped I could set that to work the way I wanted it to. I guess not.
