Two days ago my touchpad stopped working and I don't really know why, becuase I haven't got any updates recently, and my computer is new, I have just got it for a month and I already have this problems. I want to know please how to repare it. The pointing, dragging, and clicking actions seems to be fine, I just have this problem with the two finger scroll gesture. I would appreciate a lot some professional help. Thank you.

Hi @DAFE8

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Try re-installing the Tocuhpad driver -

1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".

2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".

3) Right click TouchPad and then click on uninstall and restart the computer.

You may also refer to Scrolling using a TouchPad or ClickPad from this document.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
