Hello

Two finger scrolling on my touchpad is no longer working. The strange think is that other functions (like tapping with two or three fingers) do work.

I've tried a few things but no result.

Thanks in advance

Hi !

Thank you for your response!

I'm stuck at step three, I do not have the Clickpad Settings tab. Mine stops at hardware. I'll include a screenshot, sadly it's in Dutch but I can assure you that all the tabs say the same thing but it just stops at hardware.

However I do think I have found the screen in step 5 in another way, and the box for two finger scrolling is checked, I cannot uncheck it, and when I tap the settings icon, both vertical and horizontal scrolling are disabled and I cant enable them.

The one selected states: "two finger scrolling"

Then when I open settings they're both unchecked and I can't check them:

I even tried to do the one finger scrolling as i could probably get used to that, but it has the same issue: checked in the initial screen but unchecked and unable to check in the settings screen.

Edit: maybe more important than I thought: when opening the screen from step 5, I do always get a warning message

Hi!

I don't think I know what that means, for my queries to be resolved?

My apologies

Hi!

If you mean to ask if all my problems are solved, the answer is no. Two finger scrolling is still not working properly. Sometimes I get it to work by a lot of fidgeting but whenever I restart my laptop it doesnt work anymore.

I had to reset my laptop to factory settings for other reasons, and the problem seems to have been solved (for now)
