Hello.

 

I think I have IR capability for my camera. But I have the following note:  Features may
require software or other 3rd party applications to provide the described functionality. Internet service required and not included. I don't understand that. How do I obtain such software? And also, is there a mouse driver available for Windows 10 version 20H1 with Envy x360 15-cn1073wm? Thank you.

What exactly are you trying to do? Infrared for your camera?  And what is wrong with your mouse.

For your first question, yes. But for your second, I might probably not need help with the mouse any longer. However, there are no drivers available for the Windows 20H1 OS, not even for the mouse. I might know how to update it now.

Yes it is an infrared capable webcam which allows facial recognition but also possibly can do other things, which might take 3rd party software. What would you like to do?

Also I have seen a BIOS update recommended. You are not alone with this issue
