Dear Team,

I have checked the HP laptop. The Type-C port is not working when connected to the docking station. After troubleshooting, the result confirms that the Type-C port is faulty.

Temporary Solution Implemented:

  • Provided an alternative charger using the round charging port.
  • Connected the laptop to one screen via HDMI cable.

Next Steps:

  • Arrange a replacement laptop for the user.
  • Send the faulty laptop to HP for repair or port replacement.
