Hi, I have bought a second hand HP 3005pr USB3 Port Replicator and need a suitable USB 3.0 cable to connect it to my HP laptop. The replicator port is not a 'standard' USB connection. Is it (perhaps) a USB 3.0 type B? The icon next to the port on the replicator consists of a square above (possibly) a usb symbol. The manual just describes the port as USB 3.0 .
I need to ensure I buy the correct type of cable.
Thanks

Can you post a picture of the port in question?

Hi, It is the port labelled 6 on the second page of the setup guide (there is also a full manual)
