Hi, I have the UCM-UCSI ACPI issue. I tried deinstall driver, remove batterie for 30 Sec, Power Button 30sec., Update every driver & bios, reinstall Win11, Rollback (only BIOS rollback works)... but nothing works. If I try to update the last firmeware follow error pop up: Firmare Update: USB Type-C Controller Firmware Update failed on below Controllers: USB-C Controller Firmware".
Is a flashing tool available only for usb -c pd firmware?
What can I do?
Thanks for support
