Common problems for Battery
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about: Battery Reports, Hold a charge, Test and Calibrating Battery . Check out this link: Is your notebook plugged in and not charging?
HP Recommended

The solution for all notebookusers is:

Empty condensators on mainboard:

Remove all USB C devices

Device manager: Uninstall driver (right click on UCM-UCSI devicedwith yellow warning and code 43 error)

Remove Power supply,

Remove or disconnect Accu from notebook/mainboard.

Press Power ON for 30 seconds to unload the condensators

Reconnect ands Start Win10/11, after 1 Minute Windows will find new Hardware an install driver for UCM-UCSI / USB-C Hubs without any action needed. see Device Manager.

 

Problem startet on 29 Sept 2023 when Windwos tried to migrate the device after an Update
