I downloaded the latest UEFI BIOS app to check my system to find out why it is running slow. Upon running the software, I was unable to perform the tests because the laptop keyboard stopped functioning. I could not follow the instructions to make the selections, e.g., enter (5) if your system is too slow, etc. The entire keyboard was inoperable. As soon as I restarted, it started functioning as usual.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
