UK Power Adapter

I am looking for the correct HP power adapter for this laptop. It doesn't appear to be available on the HP website.  The laptop was working and the low battery message was displayed.  Plugging in the existing power supply isn't charging the laptop,  so I'm assuming its a power supply issue.  Thank you

What is your machine ? It could be one of the following over 60 machines

For example :     HP Pavilion Laptop 13-bb0003nx

Your machine should use same charger as the above machine EXCEPT the cord from AC outlet to the charger which has wattage rating 45W (45 W Smart AC power adapter). Please turn up-side-down your charger to see what is its wattage rating ?

The machine is

HP Pavilion Laptop PC 13-bb0000 (9WG33AV)

The power supply is 45W rating.

From the charger:

The HP part number is L25296-003 with the HP replacement spare 741727-001

I would like a new and genuine HP part

I've also contacted HP Support, as it's now open, if they can advise.

I'm on to HP support, so will hopefully be sourcing a replacement power supply. 

I'll put the details in her once I have it and know it's working.

HP Recommended the replacement power supply part number is H6Y89AA. 

From the original power supply, the HP part no is L25296-003, with the replacement HP Spare being 741727-001

The original part is 45W and this wasn't available and said this 65W adapter can be used.

The new product number is H6Y89AA

The replacement part was delivered yesterday and is working.
