Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Colleagues,

 

I need urgent help. My second hand laptop, an HP Envy x360 Laptop is failing to connect to WiFi, Mouse is not responding and the Touchscreen isn't functioning. I have tried to get updates from the internet but I am not making any headway.

 

I will appreciate any help from this forum.
