Hi guys, I have a HP 15-db0005dx. 

Spects: 

Ryzen 5 2500 U - Radeon Vegas 8 - 8 GB RAM - 128 GB SSD M.2

I would like to upgrade to 16 gb ram and 256 gb ssd m.2. I wanna know if these items are compatible with my laptop
